I had a wonderful stay, and the experience made me consider buying property due to the local culture and vibes. The customer service was great throughout my visit. My wife and I felt welcomed and appreciated the attention given to us. We made new memories worth sharing with family and friends.

While the resort had some charm, the lack of sufficient umbrellas by the pool led to sunburns, and there were some maintenance issues with the elevators.

Amazing Staff and Fun Family Time!

The location is perfect, super close to the airport and right by all the fun stuff. The pool is just awesome, and the beach is great for the kids. We loved the poolside snack bar too! The staff were super friendly, especially the ones at the bar. The only thing was the lobby smell—way too strong for us.

The atmosphere was lovely, and the beach access was a major plus. However, the extra resort fees were frustrating, and the service could be notably inconsistent, especially regarding special dietary requests. Overall, a relaxing spot but some improvements in service would enhance the experience.

Biking around the area was a blast, plus the beach was right outside. We had a great lunch at the outdoor restaurant, thanks to Rita checking in on us!

the marriott had a fantastic ocean view from our cabana suite. we love the location in condado, so close to local restaurants and attractions. the 24-hour fitness center was a highlight for us! we also enjoyed being steps away from the beach.

The beach area was fantastic, but the room smelled musty.

The Ocean View Room with King Bed featured a spacious balcony perfect for sunset views over the beach, setting an ideal romantic atmosphere. The proximity to the ocean grants easy access to the sandy shores, making afternoons lounge-worthy and carefree.

While the hotel boasts gorgeous ocean views, the warm pool water felt more like a bathtub than a refreshing escape. It’s surprising there's no drink service to the rooms, with only food being delivered. this was a letdown when it would’ve been nice to sip a cold drink on the balcony. Additionally, the bathroom amenities could use some attention, as the door had visible dirt and the handle was uncomfortably sharp.

This place suits me perfectly with amenities like the outdoor swimming pool, beach access, and 24-hour reception. The staff helped me with sim cards during my first stay. Jeffrey kept the vibe fun too! I’m coming back for a weekend.
